At Vintners Express, we’re here to help. From pickup and storage to delivery, software or accounting, we have what you need:

Online Support

As a Vintners Express customer, you are provided with internet access to your account to view the following information: (1) inventory; (2) on-line proof of deliveries; (3) proof of product received into inventory; (4) billing information. Your billing is sent to you via email as well as additional notifications you may deem necessary to manage your business. We provide basic training to enable your use of our platform.

Delivery Support

Delivery support means your wines and alcoholic beverages go where you want. Find delivery schedules and fees or contact Vintners Express directly for more info: Carlos Morales, Orders Desk Coordinator:  orders@vintnersexpress.com. Upon receipt of your email, confirmation will be sent.

Freight Out Support

To obtain a release number for your carrier to pick up a freight out order, please submit an e-mail that includes the wholesaler/distributor, description of wine, and case count to Carlos Morales, Orders Desk Coordinator: orders@vintnersexpress.com. Upon receipt of your email, confirmation will be sent.

Pick Up and Receiving Support

Accounting Support

DrinksUSA Software

Vintners Express uses proprietary software developed by our holding company American Wine Distributors. This software platform manages various types of transactions (e.g. legal compliance, multi-state direct to consumer transactions, inventory control and sales accounting) and is used to manage various distribution projects throughout the US for our many clients.
